You may be surprised to know that pink tea is made from the same Camellia Sinensis tea leaves as green tea. It unique pink colour came purely by accident when a tea estate, fascinated with improving the drying process of tea leaves, set on a mission to improve their own tea's health benefits.
What they found, by pure chance, was these beautiful subtle pink tea leaves actually brewed PINK tea naturally, and it came as somewhat of a shock!
How does it taste?

This delicate tea should only be brewed in water between 80-90 degree's, so as not to burn the leaves as they gently dance and unfold to reveal the beautiful pink hues seeping into the water.
